How to Use

1. Step 1: Position the base on your upper lip area, with the U-shaped support resting on either side of your nose and the center support below the tip.
2. Step 2: Hold the base with one hand and gently press down on the top of the cylinder with the other.
3. Step 3: Align the two small silicone balls with the nasal opening, then gently guide the support and silicone balls toward the nasal cavity.
4. Step 4: With the silicone balls in position, adjust the angle and gently release — ensure the balls are in place and the bracket is secure.

Replacing the Spring

1. Gently hold the base and rotate the center cylinder counterclockwise to separate it from the base.
2. Select the appropriate spring length and insert it into the center hole of the base.
3. Tighten the cylinder clockwise until the silicone balls align with the center of the U-shaped support.
