Cancellation policy
PURCHASE OPTIONS & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Peaceful Pleasures Health and Wellness offers various purchase options, including recurring subscriptions, auto-shipments, payment plans, and pre-order items (collectively, "Purchase Options") to provide convenience and value. By selecting any recurring or advance purchase option on our store, you explicitly understand, acknowledge, and agree to the billing cycles, cancellation deadlines, and strict dispute restrictions detailed below.
1. AUTOMATED SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING BILLING AGREEMENT
By enrolling in a recurring subscription or auto-ship purchase option, you authorize Peaceful Pleasures Health and Wellness to securely store your payment method and automatically charge that payment method at the specific intervals selected (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) without further authorization.

Continuous Enrollment: Your subscription will remain continuously active, and billing will occur automatically, until you formally cancel the subscription in accordance with the cut-off deadlines specified below.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust product pricing for subscriptions upon notice. Your continued enrollment following price notification constitutes full acceptance of the new billing terms.
2. MANDATORY CANCELLATION DEADLINES
To successfully cancel or modify a recurring subscription order and avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must complete your cancellation request at least three (3) business days prior to your scheduled renewal/billing date.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is submitted fewer than three business days before the scheduled billing date, the upcoming cycle will be processed, charged, and shipped as scheduled. Your cancellation will then take effect for the following billing cycle.

How to Cancel: You may cancel your purchase options at any time by logging into your customer portal account on our Shopify storefront, or by submitting an explicit, written cancellation request to hello_95404@yahoo.com.
3. PRE-ORDERS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order through any Purchase Option is processed, billed, or enters our fulfillment pipeline, it cannot be modified, canceled, or intercepted.

Pre-Order Items: Payment for pre-ordered items is captured immediately at checkout to secure your allocation. Pre-orders are subject to standard processing and shipping delay terms outlined in our Shipping Policy and cannot be canceled or refunded prior to shipment.

Fulfillment Pipeline: Because our automated system processes recurring orders immediately upon successful billing to ensure rapid shipment, buyer's remorse, failure to cancel before the deadline, or forgetting about a renewal do not constitute valid grounds for an immediate refund or cancellation.
4. ALIGNMENT WITH SIGNATURE & FAILED DELIVERY TERMS
All recurring subscription shipments are subject to Section 6 of our Terms of Service (TOS) and Section 5 of our Shipping Policy.

Signature Requirements: At our sole discretion, subscription shipments may be sent via a signature-required service to prevent porch piracy or tracking fraud.

Failed Delivery Deductions: If a recurring subscription package is returned to us by the carrier because it was not signed for, went unclaimed at a carrier holding annex, or was refused at the door, the customer explicitly forfeits their right to a full refund. We will automatically deduct all outbound shipping charges, carrier return-to-sender fees, and processing fees from your payment prior to issuing any residual store credits or partial refunds.
5. STRICT ANTI-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS
As a condition of using our Purchase Options, you explicitly agree that filing a "Fraudulent Charge," "Unrecognized Transaction," or "Item Not Received" bank dispute for a recurring subscription payment that you authorized during enrollment constitutes a direct, material breach of this binding contract.

Merchant Notice Requirement: If you notice a billing error or wish to dispute a renewal charge, you are contractually mandated to submit your dispute in writing to hello_95404@yahoo.com and allow our team up to 5 business days to investigate and resolve the issue internally.

Legal Submission: Any unauthorized chargeback filed against our subscription billing will be met with aggressive legal defense. We will submit your original checkbox authorization, IP address at time of enrollment, and this signed agreement directly to your credit card company or banking institution as binding evidence of your recurring payment consent.
6. RETURN OF ELIGIBLE SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS
If you missed the cancellation deadline and a subscription box has already shipped, you cannot cancel that specific delivery. If the item inside the subscription package is eligible for a return under our strict Refund and Return Policy (i.e., it is not a vitamin, nutritional supplement, consumable powder, or sale item), you may initiate a return after you physically receive the item.

The package must remain completely unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals intact.

The customer is 100% responsible for return trackable postage costs.
