• ⚠️ For gas stove open flame use only — not for induction, microwave, or electric ceramic cookers
• ⚠️ Do not move the plate while a pot is still on it
• ⚠️ Start on low heat and gradually increase to medium — avoid high flame
• ⚠️ The plate may darken with use — this is normal and does not affect performance
• ⚠️ Do not use corrosive cleaning agents — use mild soap and a soft cloth
