GD900 Thermal Paste – High-Performance Silicone Grease for CPU, GPU & Coolers

Keep your processor and graphics card running at their best with GD900 Thermal Compound. This professional-grade silicone grease efficiently transfers heat from your CPU or GPU to its cooler or heatsink, helping your system maintain stable temperatures under heavy workloads. Available in 3g, 7g, 15g, 30g, and 150g sizes to suit everything from a single PC build to large-scale maintenance jobs.

Made in Mainland China.

Key Specifications

  • Model: GD900
  • Thermal Conductivity: 4.8 W/m·K
  • Specific Gravity: 2.3 g/cc
  • Operating Temperature Range: -50°C to 200°C (-58°F to 392°F)
  • Compliance: RoHS & REACH certified — no high-concern chemicals

Why Choose GD900?

  • Excellent Thermal Transfer: Fills microscopic gaps between your heating component and cooling device, maximising contact surface area for optimal heat dissipation.
  • High Insulation & Temperature Resistance: Non-conductive formula protects sensitive electronics while handling wide temperature swings.
  • Low Oil Separation: Stays stable over time — won't dry out or pump out easily with standard use.
  • Non-Corrosive: Safe for use on copper, aluminium, and other common heatsink materials.
  • Versatile Sizes: Choose the quantity that suits your project — from a quick single-CPU application to bulk workshop use.

How to Apply

  1. Clean both the processor and heatsink surfaces thoroughly before application.
  2. If you notice a small amount of silicone oil floating on top, simply stir the paste before use — this is completely normal.
  3. Apply a small amount (pea-sized for CPUs) directly to the centre of the chip and spread evenly using a spreader, scraper, or gloved finger.
  4. Seat your cooler firmly and secure it according to your hardware's instructions.

Storage & Safety

  • Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Always reseal the container after use to prevent dust contamination.
  • Keep out of reach of children. If contact with eyes occurs, flush thoroughly with clean water.

Compatible With

Intel & AMD CPUs, desktop and laptop GPUs, chipsets, power regulators, LED drivers, and other heat-generating electronics requiring thermal management.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is GD900 thermal paste electrically conductive?

A: No. GD900 is a non-electrically-conductive thermal compound, making it safe to use on CPUs, GPUs, and other electronics without risk of short-circuiting surrounding components.

Q: How much thermal paste do I need for a CPU?

A: For a standard desktop CPU, a pea-sized amount (roughly 0.2–0.3g) placed in the centre of the processor lid is sufficient. The 3g tube is ideal for single or dual applications, while the 7g or 15g sizes are great for multiple builds or periodic reapplications.

Q: What is the operating temperature range of GD900 grease?

A: GD900 thermal silicone grease is rated for use between -50°C and 200°C (-58°F to 392°F), covering the full range of temperatures typically seen in consumer and enthusiast PC hardware as well as industrial electronics.

Q: How do I store unused GD900 thermal compound?

A: Store the container sealed at normal room temperature, away from heat sources and moisture. Keeping it capped prevents dust and debris from contaminating the compound and ensures it remains effective for future use.
