Getting Started

1. On first use, charge the watch for at least 30 minutes (it may be fully discharged after shipping).
2. Press and hold the circular button at the bottom of the screen to power on. All navigation is done via short or long presses of this button — the screen is not touch-sensitive.
3. Scan the QR code in the manual to download the companion app, then pair the watch through the app (do not pair directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings).
4. Grant the app all necessary permissions and keep it running in the background for full functionality.
