Assembly Precautions

1. When soldering battery leads and sampling points, verify polarity carefully. Incorrect connections may damage the BMS board.
2. Do not allow the BMS board to directly contact the surface of any battery cell during assembly — insulate properly.
3. All soldering equipment must be reliably grounded. Use anti-static precautions to protect the protection board.
4. Keep lead wires and soldering irons away from surface-mounted components on the PCB to prevent heat damage.
5. Store and operate in a dry environment — protect against moisture, water, and electrostatic discharge.

First Power-On Note: If there is no voltage output on initial power-on after assembly, activate the pack using a dedicated compatible charger. If issues persist, please contact us.
