3D Printer Lubricant Grease & Oil for Rails, Bearings & Screws
Keep your FDM or resin 3D printer running smoothly with this high-performance lubricant grease and oil, engineered specifically for 3D printer mechanics. Whether you own a Creality Ender 3, Bambu Lab, or any other popular FDM or resin printer, this precision-formulated lubricant helps maintain optimal motion performance across all key moving parts.
Why Choose This 3D Printer Lubricant?
- Smooth & Silent Operation: Forms a stable oil film between guide rails and screws, reducing friction and mechanical impact for quieter, more consistent print results.
- Low Volatility & Low Odor: Indoor-friendly formula — print for extended sessions without any harsh or pungent smell.
- Wear-Resistant & Long-Lasting: Contains PTFE anti-wear and anti-oxidation additives that help reduce wear and corrosion on precision components.
- Dust-Resistant Formula: Optimized for 3D printing environments to minimize dust accumulation and secondary contamination.
- Wide Material Compatibility: Safe for use with PLA, ABS, PETG, PA, PC, PMMA filaments, and compatible with NBR, EPDM, and FKM rubber components.
- Precise Application: Comes in a drip bottle for accurate, mess-free application to even the smallest components.

How to Apply
- Power off your printer before starting any maintenance.
- Clean: Wipe away old grease. If needed, use IPA (isopropanol) or a neutral cleaner to remove dirt, then allow to dry completely.
-
Apply:
- Guide rail / optical axis: Apply 1–2 drops per 100mm on each side, then push and pull the slider several times to distribute evenly.
- Lead screw / nut: Apply a thin layer of grease and rotate the screw to spread evenly.
- Z-axis guide column / slider: Apply a small amount along the guide post and drive evenly through the full range of motion.
- Wipe off excess: A thin, visible film on the surface is all that's needed — remove any excess to prevent dust collection and oil splatter.
- Lubrication Cycle: Re-apply every 50–200 hours of printing, or every 1–3 months depending on environmental dust levels and printing speed.
