⚠️ Important – Please Read Before Use

  1. Your USB-C PD charger or power bank MUST support 20V output. Standard phone chargers do NOT output 20V and will NOT charge your laptop — do not use them with this adapter.
  2. Your USB-C source MUST support Power Delivery (PD) protocol. Look for "PD" on your charger or power bank packaging.
  3. Match wattage to your laptop's needs. Using a 65W PD charger on a 90W+ laptop is not recommended — it may charge very slowly or not at all. Always use a PD charger rated equal to or higher than your laptop's power requirement.

How to Check Your Laptop's Charging Power

  • Check the label on the bottom of your laptop
  • Check the label or documentation on your original OEM charger

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What USB-C charger or power bank do I need to use this 100W USB-C laptop charging adapter?

A: You need a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) charger or power bank that supports 20V output and the PD protocol. The wattage of your PD source should be equal to or greater than your laptop's power requirement. Standard phone chargers will not work as they do not output 20V.

Q: Is this USB-C to DC laptop adapter compatible with Dell, HP, Asus, Acer, and Lenovo laptops?

A: Yes! This universal USB-C laptop charger converter comes with a wide range of DC tip connectors covering most major laptop brands including Dell, HP, Asus, Acer, and Lenovo. Check your laptop's DC charging port size against the included tip sizes to confirm compatibility before use.

Q: Can I use a 65W USB-C PD charger to power a 90W laptop with this adapter?

A: It is not recommended. If the wattage of your USB-C PD source is lower than what your laptop requires, it will either charge very slowly or may not charge at all. Always match or exceed your laptop's rated wattage for reliable fast charging.

Q: Is this adapter safe to use? Does it have any safety certifications?

A: Yes, this adapter is CE certified, meaning it meets European safety, health, and environmental protection standards. It also features built-in PD Trigger E-Mark chips that intelligently regulate voltage and current delivery for safe, stable charging.

Q: How is this different from a regular laptop charger adapter?

A: This is a converter, not a standalone charger. It bridges your existing USB-C PD power source (charger or power bank) to your laptop's proprietary DC charging port. This means you only need one USB-C PD charger to power both your laptop and your mobile devices — saving space, weight, and cost while traveling.
