Note: This is a phase change material. During air transport, slight edge deformation may occur due to cabin pressure and climate — this does not affect performance. If this is not acceptable, please do not purchase.

How to Apply

1. Thoroughly clean the chip surface and heatsink contact surface (alcohol wipe recommended).
2. Cut pad to chip size or slightly smaller — no overhanging edges.
3. Tear one release film side and apply to heatsink base or chip surface. Apply even thumb pressure across the entire surface.
4. Tear the remaining release film from the corners using the included easy-tear stickers.
5. Install and fasten the heatsink, then power on immediately.
